The 4th try at this started this morning. It was tougher than I thought. Although some of my coworkers assured me they felt the same way about their new surroundings.
So I began again and I have pretty high confidence I can do it this time as I am sure it is not me, it the surroundings in which I am in.
So the goal again is to witness the negative feelings, step back. Check my head and let it go. It actually does work quite well as this morning I had a few rude people on the train and I could just smile and watch them.
Anyways this was my day one. It was successful and helped me pull through the first week.
9 more days to go with nothing but good feelings.
